A bloodthirsty drifter befriends an immigrant family and avenges their murdered father. -A graduate student trying to complete her research on a book project she hopes will help her down-on-her-luck mother brings friends to a house with a mysterious past, where the group unwittingly summon an evil entity who makes the home part of its terrifying game. Hodja is a dreamer. He wants to experience the world, but his father insists he stays home and takes over the family’s tailor shop. Fortunately, Hodja meets the old rug merchant El Faza, who gives him a flying carpet. In exchange he has to bring the old man’s little granddaughter, Diamond, back to Pjort.
